Since Nationstates is a government simulation and role playing game which the Free Nation Region is a part of, The Democratic Republic of Denland proposes the Role Playing Forum Act so citizens in the Free Nations Region government can talk about issues and policies in the real world political scene and can act like real life politicians in their governments.
Section One: The Allowances of the Roleplaying Forum Act
1.1: The citizens of the Free Nations Region can discuss and debate proposals and bills that not only deal with the daily functions and maintenance of The Free Nation Region but can be based on real life issues and policies. Examples: Universal Healthcare, Legalization of Marijuana, etc.
1.2: The Citizens of the free Nations Region can discuss about, economic, political, and social issues in a respectful and engaging matter.
1.3: The roleplaying forum will either take place on Discord or in the Free Nations Region forum at fnr.boards.net/
Section Two: The Prohibitions of the Roleplaying Forum Act
2.1: In accordance to the rules of Nationstates, citizens in the roleplaying forum can not post anything that is âobscene, illegal, threatening, malicious, defamatory, and/or spamâ (Please see âEtiquetteâ on the Frequently Asked Questions of Nationstates help page).
2.2: In addition to that, there will be no derogatory language used to a fellow member on the roleplaying forum on the basis of race, religion, gender, sex, sexual orientation, political beliefs, or any other reason whatsoever.
2.3: Since there are other forums and discussion boards on the Free Nations Regionâs Discord and the Free Nations Region forum, there should be no reason to talk about anything that could be considered to be irrelevant in the roleplaying forum.
2.4: Severe infraction of the rules on the forum could result in not only being banned from the roleplaying forum but could lead the member(s) who did the severe infraction(s) to be kicked out of the region.
Section Three: The Functions of the Roleplaying Forum
3.1: If the Roleplay Forum Act goes into effect, the forum can establish the Minister of Culture, if the President chooses to.
3.2: If such a minister is appointed, the Minister of Culture shall be in charge of the roleplaying forum, otherwise the Founder of the Region will be in charge.
3.3: The Minister of Culture or The Founder can do a âState of Regionâ address on this forum every six months to discuss how well the region is doing.
3.4: If a citizen did a severe infraction(s) of the rules mentioned in Section Two of the bill, the legislature may have the power to kick the member off the forum by a two-thirds majority vote.
