Definitions

Notations
NOTING that the RPRA creates an official map based on actual countries and actual country subdivisions.
RECOGNIZING that the citizens of the FNR have created a Community Map where they can create their own nations.
BELIEVING that this map has been appreciated by our region and deserves to stay in use alongside the Official Map.
HERE BY
1. Establishes that the Community Map of the FNR shall be drive.google.com/open?id=1isT1cgXtgmDAMEsRjTktYXfzGcI&usp=sharing
2. The Community Map will be open to editing by any citizen of the FNR.
2.1. The Secretary of Cartography may restrict specific nations from editing the map due to a) committing a crime, b) breaking rules, c) messing up the map, or d) disrespecting others.
2.2. Unless the restriction was due to a) or b), the restricted nation may appeal the map ban in court.
3. FNR Citizens may place their nation anywhere on the Community Map.
3.1. The maximum size for a nation placed on the map is 150,000 square miles.
3.2. Nations may also create 1 colony anywhere on the map.
3.2.1. The maximum size for a colony is 50,000 square miles.
3.3. A nation may border another nation, but if the first nation is already at an area, another nation cannot overlap their area onto the first nation and claim that overlapped area as part of the second nation.
3.4 Borders can, but do not have to follow actual borders on the map. Nations can make their borders wherever they choose to, as long as it doesn’t cross into another nation’s land.
4. This map can be used for Roleplaying.
4.1. When Roleplaying on this map, people can use their own nation, or someone else’s nation with their permission.
4.2. When a roleplay begins on the Community Map, a copy of the map will be made. On this copy, each player chooses the nation they will play with, and can establish places within their nation before the roleplay begins.
4.3. During the roleplay, nations may conquer and expand, and roleplays on it will follow the rules of the RPRA.
4.4. On the Community Map copy that is used for the roleplay, there is no size limit for expanding and conquering.
4.5. Any roleplay that uses the Community Map will be moderated by the Secretary of Roleplay.
5. The Secretary of Cartography moderates the Community Map.
5.1. The Secretary of Cartography may restrict nations from using the map, in accordance with 2.1.
5.2. The Secretary of Cartography may choose to have nations apply for editing access through a google form or on the forums.
5.2.1. The Secretary of Cartography may not deny an application for a political or personal reason.
5.3. The Secretary of Cartography may appoint another nation to oversee and complete the Community Map duties and moderation.
5.3.1. This appointment must be a citizen.
5.3.2. This appointment is not required to go through the legislature, but must be approved by the President.
6. Citizens may create cities, momuments, roads, buildings, transportation, etc. within their nation on the community map.
6.1. There is no limit to what citizens place within their nation.
6.2. When placing things on the map that connect to other nations or are placed within other nations, the nation must be asked beforehand.
