Discord Rules:
1. No spamming.
2. Do not abuse mentions.
3. No bigotry in nicknames, usernames, avatars, voice channels, text channels, or embed content.
4. Keep excess bot usage and memes in #spam
5. Do not repeatedly join and leave the server.
6. Please do not use multiple accounts or leave ghost accounts on the server.
7. Respect other users.
8. All bots must use the bot API, and may only be added by admins.
9. If you use your connection to others through this server, these rules may apply to that chat too, depending on the situation.
10. There are no loopholes. Use common sense and follow these rules in the spirit that they were written.
11. Inactive accounts will be purged after 30 days of inactivity.
HERE BY
1. Institutes DEFINITIONS 1-11 as current official Discord Server Rules, and the disclaimer Definition 12.
2. Allows those with the @government role to act as server administrators.
3. Allows server administrators to modify the rules as needed.
4. Identifies #help-desk as the official Helpdesk and Complaint Department of the Server.
5. Allows for the operation of Dyno#3861 as an Automoderator of the server.
6. Allows for judicial review of administrative actions if requested by a citizen on the sever.
7. Allows for server administrators to make judgement calls based on the situation.
